We license our knowledge, experience, and the complexity of building an eCommerce design system, to aid in the creation of digital eCommerce web experiences to brands and agencies. Our system, ShopFront, gives your business and your clients a massive advantage in the creation of their own user experiences and the streamlining of processes for stakeholders.

ShopFront is licensed to its end-user.

Sub-licensing is granted to agencies, studios, partners and professional organizations or ‘Multi-use’ license holders who maintain their yearly subscription renewals. 

License of ShopFront is subject to the Licensee agreeing to the following terms and conditions as provided in this Software License Agreement. In general, ShopFront is not to be resold in any manner, re-skinned, re-themed, broken apart, or sold to third parties or on open markets without the correct licensing agreement in place.

The derivatives of Shopfront (such as theme files) are not permitted. ShopFront is intended for internal business usage, and re-use (with sub-licensing) to end clients to be used in a single digital property per licensee. 

Shopfront is available as an Agency “Multi-use” License or Brand “Single” License. 

The Agency “Multi-use” License allows for unlimited rights to duplicate and use the system for as many client projects as needed. Updates and support are provided on a yearly basis and the license must be renewed each year. 

The Brand “Single” License is for a single digital property only. It is the perfect starting point for a new custom design, refresh, redesign, landing page ecosystem or on-going optimization for a brand.

License 

Brand “Single” License 

You are granted a single use license to ShopFront for your use only and may not sublicense ShopFront.

Agency “Multi-use” License 

You may sublicense the license to ShopFront an unlimited number of times to your clients. Sublicensees may not further sublicense ShopFront. You are responsible for ensuring that your sublicensees comply with the terms and conditions of the license. 

No Competition

You agree during the term of this license not to become a competitor of Vizzacco Design or otherwise to sell a product that competes with ShopFront, nor shall you allow a competitor of Vizzacco Design access to ShopFront.

Intellectual Property Ownership

You acknowledge that Vizzacco Design is the owner of ShopFront and all intellectual property related thereto. You shall not attempt to, or permit others to, modify (unless specifically allowed), decompile, or reverse engineer ShopFront.

AI Training

We strictly forbid ShopFront to be used on accounts where AI training has been opted in. We will confirm with you prior to file transfer that you have opted out of Figma's ai data training.

Disclosure

You agree to immediately notify Vizzacco Design if you learn of any unauthorized possession, use or disclosure of any portion of any intellectual property related to ShopFront, and any other related confidential information, by any person or entity, and to cooperate with Vizzacco Design in protecting such intellectual property. 

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify Vizzacco Designs for any claims arising out of your conduct and use of ShopFront, or the conduct of your sublicensees. 

Limitation of Liability

Vizzacco Design’s liability to you is limited to a refund of the license fee. If necessary, Vizzacco Design, in its sole discretion may elect to modify the licensed software, provide an alternative software solution, or refund the license fee. 

License to ShopFront is further subject to the Software License Agreement, which will be available at time of sale.
